Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007Level 1 Training Course is the first of two training Course's aimed at people who utilise Microsoft Outlook in an everyday working environment. The Course's are designed to help participants get the fullest understanding of how Microsoft Outlook works and ways in which can enable you to have a higher level of communications effiency.
The level 1 training course will provide you with the knowledge to enable you to start sending, receiving, and responding to email communications. Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007 also features a very capable Calendar function, useful for scheduling meetings, and working with tasks and notes, all of which are covered extensively in the training.
Course Objective: Upon completing this course you will be proficcient in using email ( both sending, recieving and managing ), scheduling appointments and meetings, managing contact information and tasks, and using notes.
Pre-Requisites:
The course requires that you are familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard; basic typing skills are recommended. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer. Specifically, you should be able to: launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders.
