This is the third and final course of 3 Course's aimed at Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2003. This final course extends on the email and calendar management skills already covered on training Course's level 1 and 2, and also provides the participant with skills enabling them to communicate in real time with other Microsoft Outlook users.

 

It also teaches students how they may personalise their Outlook application, work remotely and offline, share contatcs and link them together, create forms and personalise their mail singatures and messages.

 

 

 

Pre-Requisites:

 

The Outlook Level 3 training course is aimed at people who are already comfortable using Windows to manage their files and information and already have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 2003. .

 

It is strongly recommended that prior to attending this course, students will have the following Course's already attended, or have the working knowledge equivalent :

 

  • Either Windows XP: Introduction
  • or Windows 2000: Introduction
  • Windows XP Professional: Levels 1 and 2 (if using Windows XP)
  • Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2003: Levels 1 and 2
  • Microsoft® Office Word 2003: Level 1
