You may already be using Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2003 to send emails, create and manage your contacts, manage your calendar effectively, and utilise the notes function. Additionally, you may have already completed the Microsoft Outlook 2003 Level 1 training course.

This second course in the 3 course series is aimed at teaching you the relevant skills to be able to customise your Microsoft Outlook 2003 environment, including your mail messages, your calendar and your notes. It also covers the basics of sharing, tracking and assigning various items within your Outlook workplace.

 

 

Pre-Requisites:

 

As this course is amed at an intermediate level, it is recommended that attendee's have completed the following Course's, or have a working knowledge of these area's :

 

  • Windows XP Professional: Level 1
  • Windows XP Professional: Level 2
  • Windows XP: Introduction or Windows 2000: Introduction
  • Microsoft Outlook 2003: Level 1
